Results may vary depending on the surface condition and environmental factors. If you have specific concerns, please discuss them with us before scheduling service.
JB Power Wash® is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process. We strongly recommend removing all fragile items and personal belongings from the work area before service. Please also ensure that the surfaces to be cleaned are appropriate for power washing.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit or debit cards, and electronic transfers. If you have specific payment requests, please inform us ahead of time.

Not all surfaces are suitable for power washing. If we determine that a surface is unsafe or unsuitable for cleaning, JB Power Wash® reserves the right to decline service. To avoid any issues, please consult with us beforehand regarding any surface concerns.
