Terms Of Service
JB Power Wash provides power washing services for residential and commercial properties in Tennessee. Our services include but are not limited to exterior cleaning, soft wash, and sanitizing. We provide instant price quotes for all of our services, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing for services is based on a variety of factors, including the size of the property and the specific services requested. We will provide you with a quote before starting any work, and this quote will include all costs associated with the job. Payment is due upon completion of the job, and we accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We will work with you to schedule a time for our power washing services that is convenient for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $75 cancellation fee.
Liability
JB Power Wash is fully licensed and insured in the state of Tennessee. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your property that occurs as a result of our services, including but not limited to damage to windows, siding, outdoor electrical outlets, or landscaping. We will take all necessary precautions to minimize the risk of damage, but we cannot guarantee that no damage will occur.

We stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the results of our services, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs after we have completed our services.
