Your home takes a beating all year — sun, rain, pollen, shade, and damp Tennessee summers feed mold, mildew, and algae on your siding, and that buildup doesn’t just look bad. Left alone, it eats into paint, stains concrete, and wears down the surfaces protecting your home. The JB Power Wash Healthy Home Plan keeps that damage from ever getting started: one professional house wash every 12 months, on your schedule, so your home stays clean and healthy year after year. Membership is $50 a year — and we put $25 of every membership toward free house washes for disabled veterans through Washing for Warriors.
How the Healthy Home Plan Works
It starts the day we wash your house. From that date, you’re on a simple 12-month cycle — no spring-only rules, no fall-only rules, because we wash houses all year long and your plan starts whenever your service does.
- Become a member — $50 a year. Your membership starts the clock on the day of your first wash.
- We remind you. About a month before your 12-month mark, we’ll text or call to get you scheduled.
- You pick your day. Priority booking means you choose the slot that fits your life.
- Your rate stays locked. As long as you renew each year, the price you paid last time is the price you pay next time. Skip a year or cancel, and your next wash is at current rates — with a 30-day grace window past your 12-month mark.
Every membership helps a veteran. We put $25 of every $50 membership toward free house washes for disabled veterans through Washing for Warriors. Every 16 members funds one full free wash — so staying on the plan keeps your home healthy and gives a veteran a fresh start too.
Why Annual Washing Matters
A house wash isn’t just about curb appeal. Mold, mildew, algae, and pollen break down paint, rot wood, and stain siding and concrete over time — and once that damage sets in, it costs a lot more than a wash to fix. An annual wash protects your paint, your siding, and your concrete, and it keeps your home looking like the day you fell in love with it. One visit a year is the simplest, cheapest way to protect one of your biggest investments.

Healthy Home Plan FAQs
What does the $50 membership get me?
A locked rate on your annual house wash, a reminder about a month before you’re due, priority booking, and $25 toward free house washes for disabled veterans through Washing for Warriors.
Is there a contract?
No. Membership is year to year — if you don’t renew, you’re simply not a member anymore. No cancellation fees, no fine print.
What if I skip a year?
You lose the locked rate — your next wash will be at whatever our current rates are. You have a 30-day grace window past your 12-month mark to get scheduled before that happens.
Does the plan only run in spring?
No. We wash houses all year long, so your 12-month clock starts on your own service day — whenever that falls.
Can I add other services to my plan visit?
Absolutely. Chimney washing, mailbox washing, patio furniture cleaning, garage floor washing, and outdoor kitchen cleaning can all be bundled into the same visit for one quote.
Is the $25 for veterans tax-deductible?
Washing for Warriors isn’t a registered nonprofit — it’s our own giving program. So no, it’s not a tax-deductible donation. It’s JB Power Wash putting $25 of every membership directly toward free washes for disabled veterans.
